By booking a bouncy castle with us, you agree to follow the safety rules, payment policies, and hire conditions outlined below. These terms are in place to protect both our customers and our team.
Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.
Final payment is required before or upon delivery.
Prices include delivery within our service area (extra charges may apply for longer distances).
2. Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking date may be refunded (less deposit).
- Cancellations due to bad weather (strong winds, heavy rain) can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
3. Safety & Supervision
An adult (18+) must supervise children at all times while using the inflatable.
No food, drinks, gum, sharp objects, or shoes are allowed inside the bounce castle.
Rough play, flips, wrestling, or climbing on walls/netting is strictly prohibited.
Maximum capacity and age limits (provided with each inflatable) must be followed.
4. Setup Requirements
The bounce castle must be set up on a flat, clear surface (grass preferred).
Adequate space and access to power (for the blower) must be available.
The inflatable must not be used in strong winds (over 25km/h) or heavy rain for safety reasons.
5. Liability
We take every precaution to provide safe, clean, and well-maintained equipment.
However, the hirer assumes full responsibility for any injuries, damage, or loss occurring during the hire period.
The company is not liable for accidents caused by misuse, lack of supervision, or failure to follow safety rules.
6. Damage & Cleaning

The hirer is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

A cleaning fee ($250) may apply if the inflatable is returned excessively dirty (e.g., mud, food, face paint, glitter).
7. Weather Policy
For safety reasons, the inflatable will not be set up in unsafe weather conditions.
If weather conditions change during the hire, the inflatable must be deflated and not used.
